1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is damaged on arrival

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

  • IMEI/serial numbers must match our records.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software

  • Used earphones or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Products damaged by misuse


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
